Persona 4 Arena Director Wants to Make Persona 5 Arena

Persona 4 Arena and Persona 4 Arena Ultimax director Kazuhisa Wada appeared at the Toushinsai 2016 arcade game tournament over the weekend and mentioned that he would like to make a Persona 5 Arena game.
"To be honest, we've been working hard on Persona 5 and we haven't really talked about i much yet," Wada said regarding Persona 5 Arena. "But I think I definitely want to make it." He asked that fans voice their support if they would like to see the game.
Persona 5, the latest entry in the Persona role-playing game series, shipped for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 in Japan on September 15 in Japan. The game will ship on February 14, 2017 in the Americas.
Atlus released the first Persona 4 Arena (Persona 4 Ultimate in Mayonaka Arena) fighting game spinoff in Japan in 2012 on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles, and Atlus USA released the game in North America. The sequel, Persona 4 Arena Ultimax, arrived in Japan as an arcade game in winter 2013 under the title Persona 4 The Ultimax Ultrasuplex Hold. Atlus then shipped the game for the PlayStation 3 in Japan in August 2014. Atlus USA shipped the game for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in North America in September 2014, and in Europe in November 2014.
