Tokyo Ghoul Ranks #7 on U.S. Monthly Bookscan August List

The eighth volume of Sui Ishida's Tokyo Ghoul manga ranked at #7 on the Nielsen BookScan's Top 20 list for August. The first volume ranked at #17.
Additionally, Kōhei Horikoshi's fifth volume of My Hero Academia ranked at #9 and Hajime Isayama's 19th volume of Attack on Titan ranked at #11 on August's list.
The first volume of Tokyo Ghoul had ranked at #6 on July's list. Additionally on July's list, the seventh volume ranked at #5, the second volume ranked at #14, the sixth volume ranked at #17, and the third volume ranked at #20.
ONE and Yūsuke Murata's seventh volume of One-Punch Man ranked at #4 in July, and the first volume ranked at #11. Other books that ranked in July include Haruichi Furudate's Haikyu!! volume 1 (#7), and Kore Yamazaki's The Ancient Magus' Bride volume 5 (#19).
The BookScan rankings represent sales at Barnes & Noble and other book chains, independent bookshops, and online purchases — but not sales at comic book stores, Walmart.com, and some other venues.
